The day after my 50th birthday I visited my good friend Jesper at Søberg Vin.
As I came through the door he simply said – 𝘐 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘴𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘵𝘢𝘴𝘵𝘦!

Then he came out with two bottles… Ardbeg, Twenty Something – I was more than ready to taste.

What a treat.

👃: unmistakable lovely peat smoke, vanilla, clove, a little citrus pepper

👄: soft brininess, vanilla, some spiciness, fruits, peat smoke, dark chocolate

😋: a nice long peat smoke, dark chocolate with some sweetness.

If my pockets were deep enough this one would easily be standing on one of my shelfs in my Castle room
