M&H is short for Milk & Honey. The distillery is located in Tel Aviv in Israel.
I have had the opportunity to taste the new make from distillery together with the Classic and two from the Elements serie.
I think it is a great way to expirence the raw spirit from distilleries and see what happens in the maturation of the whisky we get on the market.

👃: Malt, soft, light dry licorice root
👄: Mild, creamy, malty, a little brine
😋: Short, malty, oily
A very delicate new make that is soft and has no burn from the alcohol.
This is a good start that gives high expectations for the coming whiskies.
