M&H Distillery from Israel have a serie called “Elements” which is a series of whiskies matured in different casks. The wood element and the infulence on the whisky. The wood plays a major role in the maturation of whisky a we get the feeling what happens from new make to the bottled whisky in this Peated version, that actually hasn’t been peated the smoke dried way.

This is a light peated whisky that has the peat touch from cask that have previously held Peated Scotish Islay whisky. We don’t get to know from which Islay distillery the casks are from.

If you are looking for a smoke bomb, this is not the whisky you are after, but it is a pleasant after dinner dram without the heaviness.
A good whisky to get the feeling of smoke if you are new to peated whiskies.

: Very light smoke, vanilla, a bit of cardamom

: Earthy, brine, a touch of peat, oak

: A little bitterness, the smoky feel comes after a short while. A pleasant medium length.
