I meet with Andy at the James Sedgwick distillery and had a great talk about the whisky, the distillery, water sustainability, CO2 re-use and many other interresting things.
Bain’s Single Grain Whisky is just smooth, creamy and delisious. At full I understand why it is awarded The best Grain Whisky in the World.

It is made on 100% South African yellow maiz (corn) and matured at the least 4.5 years.
First it is matured in specially selected First-fill Bourbon casks for 3 years and then moveded to other First-fill Bourbon casks for another 18-30 months to get some more rich flavours.
If you havn’t tasted Bain’s Cape Mountain Single Grain Whisky yet you are missing out on good whisky.
